MELUメル子どもの安全に関する基準

AppTime（以下「当社」）は、ママ友マッチングアプリ「MELU（メル）」（以下「本サービス」）において、児童の性的虐待・搾取（CSAE）および児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）を一切容認しません。本ページは、子どもの安全を守るための当社の基準と取り組みを定めるものです。
■ 1. 基本方針
・本サービスは18歳以上の、子育て中または妊娠中の女性のみを対象としています。18歳未満の方は利用できません。
・児童の性的虐待・搾取に関わるあらゆる行為およびコンテンツを禁止します（ゼロ・トレランス）。
■ 2. 禁止行為
以下の行為は利用規約で禁止しており、発見次第、警告なくアカウントを停止します。
・児童を性的に描写する、または性的に搾取する画像・動画・文章の投稿、送信、共有、要求
・児童への接近、グルーミング（性的目的で信頼関係を築く行為）、または児童との接触を目的とした利用
・児童の人身取引、児童を対象とした性的なサービスの勧誘・宣伝
・お子さまの写真や個人情報を、本人や保護者の意図に反する目的で利用する行為
■ 3. 予防のための取り組み
・正確な住所や位置情報を取得・公開しない設計（市区町村までの表示）
・投稿・メッセージのキーワードによる自動検知と、運営スタッフによる監視
・プロフィール・投稿・コメント・おでかけ・トークの各画面からの通報機能
・ブロック機能
・運営スタッフの審査による本人確認（任意。確認済みのユーザーには「本人確認済み」バッジを表示）
■ 4. 通報の方法
・アプリ内: プロフィール、トーク、投稿、コメント画面の「通報」から「子どもの安全に関わる問題」を選択してください。おでかけ募集は詳細画面の「通報」から通報できます。
・メール: p.duy.apptime@gmail.com（アカウントをお持ちでない方もご連絡いただけます）
児童に差し迫った危険がある場合は、直ちに110番（警察）へ通報してください。
■ 5. 通報を受けた際の対応
・該当コンテンツの速やかな削除とアカウントの停止
・法令に基づき、証拠を保全したうえで警察等の関係当局へ通報し、捜査に協力します
・必要に応じて、インターネット・ホットラインセンター等の関係機関へ通報します
■ 6. 法令の遵守
当社は、児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法をはじめとする日本の関係法令、およびサービス提供地域の子どもの安全に関する法令を遵守します。

Child Safety Standards — MELU
AppTime ("we") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on MELU.
1. Eligibility: MELU is only for women aged 18 or older who are raising children or are pregnant. Users under 18 are not allowed.
2. Prohibited: posting, sending, sharing or requesting any content that sexualizes or exploits minors; grooming or attempting to contact children; child trafficking or solicitation. Violations result in immediate account termination.
3. Prevention: no precise address or GPS location is collected or shown; automated keyword detection and human moderation of posts and messages; in-app blocking; optional identity verification (selfie holding a personal code) reviewed by staff, shown as a "verified" badge.
4. Reporting: users can report any profile, chat, post or comment in the app by selecting "子どもの安全に関わる問題" (child safety concern), and any outing from its detail screen, or email p.duy.apptime@gmail.com. If a child is in immediate danger, call the police (110 in Japan).
5. Response: offending content is removed and accounts are suspended promptly. We preserve evidence and report to the police and relevant authorities as required by law, and cooperate with investigations.
6. Compliance: we comply with the Japanese Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography and all applicable child safety laws.
